This article enunciated interviewees' viewpoints as follows: to understand the experimental condition, the position and function of laboratory from. The development of hiqher education based on high-new technology, to see the promotion of experiment teaching position from the change of the science subject and speciality composition; to know the measures and problems to be solved in experiment teaching and laboratory construction from the existing state of experiment teaching and laboratory, induding evalution, fracing the effect and result of investment, team construction, reformation and innovation.
