摘要
对实验教学与创新教育关系的进行了分析,阐述了实验教学师资队伍建设是提高实验教学水平和培养学生创新能力的关键因素,说明加强实验教学师资队伍建设的紧迫性,提出了加强实验教学师资队伍建设的措施。
This article analyzed the relationship of the experimental teaching and innovation education, and it expounded that to develop the quality of experimental teachers is the main factor to develop experimental teaching and students' innovation ability. The article illuminated the urgency of enhancing building experimental teachers' team, and it also put some proposals of how to build the team.
