摘要 本文着重对以硅胶为基质的高效疏水色谱法的理论、填料、流动相及应用的新近发展进行了评述。 The new development about the theory, packings, mobile phases and applications of high performance hydrophobic interaction chromatography foccused on silica matrix is reviewed. This paper includes 3 Figures, 3 Tables and 32 references.
