Ischemic Stroke Models for Study of Thrombolysis

摘要 缺血性卒中是最常见的脑血管病,超早期溶栓治疗是目前惟一公认有效的治疗方法。建立完善的动物溶栓模型对于研究脑梗死的发病机制、病理生理学变化和溶栓治疗的效果至关重要。文章从模型制备机制的角度对现有缺血性脑血管病溶栓模型做了综述。 Ischemic stroke is the most common cerebrovascular disease. Ultraearly thrombolytic therapy is the only accepted effective treatment for the disease. It is essential to establish an ideal animal model for thrombolysis in research of the pathogenesis, the changes of pathophysiology, and the efficacy of thrombolytic therapy. This article reviews the available thrombolytic models of cerebral infarction from the point view of mechanisms of model preparation.
