摘要 本文采用在微波辐照下,以自制MoO3/ZrO2型固体超强酸为催化剂,通过改变微波功率、时间、催化剂焙烧温度及用量等条件,研究了莰烯与甲酸反应转化为甲酸异龙脑酯的工艺。实验结果表明:酯化反应的适宜工艺条件为:莰烯与甲酸摩尔比为1∶1.2,微波功率320W,反应时间75min,催化剂焙烧温度为700℃,用量为莰烯质量的5%。在上述条件下,甲酸异龙脑酯收率80.2%。 Esterification of camphene with formic acid under microwave irradiation was studied. Esterification of camphene with formic acid catalyzed by home-made MoO_3/ZrO_2 solid superacids. Main factors affecting the reaction were investigated. The effect of microwave power, calcinations temperature of catalyst, amount of catalyst, reaction time on the products were examined. The suitable experiment conditions for the esterification reaction were as follows: catalyst dosage was 5% (weight percent of camphene), the calcination temperature of catalyst was 700 ℃, the microwave power was 320W,the reaction time was 75 min. The yield of the main product isobornyl formate reached to 80.2%. The microwave technology reduced reaction time of the esterification remarkably.The further efforts are needed on the study of microwave irradiation technology.
