摘要 碱性条件下由乙醛酸和邻乙氧基苯酚合成了3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯乙醇酸。考察了原料配比、氢氧化钠浓度、温度和时间等因素对产物产率的影响。通过正交实验确定了合成的最佳条件:n(乙醛酸)∶n(邻乙氧基苯酚)∶n(氢氧化钠)=1.0∶1.2∶2.5,氢氧化钠浓度2mol/L,温度50℃,时间5h。在最佳条件下,3-乙氧基-4-羟基苯乙醇酸的产率达84%以上。 3-Ethoxy-4-hydroxy mandelic acid was synthesized from glyoxylic acid and o-ethoxyphenol in alkaline solution.The effects of the molar ratio of materials,sodium hydroxide concentration,temperature and time on product yield were investigated.Moreover,the crossed experiment has been performed to determine the optimum condition:the molar ratio of glyoxylic acid to o-ethoxyphenol to sodium hydroxide 1.0∶1.2∶2.5,sodium hydroxide concentration 2mol/L,temperature 50℃,time 5h.Under the optimum condition,the maximum yield of more than 84% was obtained.
