摘要 蜂花粉营养液以油菜花粉和蜂蜜为原料,经过先进的生产工艺制备而成。本文主要对其营养成分进行了分析,该营养液的营养成分搭配合理,含有17种氨基酸,其中包括8种必需氨基酸,氨基酸总量为575.2mg/100mL;钙31.90mg/100mL、钾77.46mg/100mL、钠6.16mg/100mL、镁19.12mg/100mL、锌0.14mg/100mL、铁0.14mg/100mL、锰0.13mg/100mL、铜0.053mg/100mL;尼克酸0.24mg/100mL、维生素B20.01mg/100mL、维生素B60.74mg/100mL、维生素C0.75mg/100mL。 Bee pollen nutritional beverage was made of rape pollen and honey by advanced productive technology. This paper analyzed nutritional components. It contained 17 amino acids, thereinto 8 necessary amino acids. The total content of amino acids was 575.2 mg/100ml. It contained the following mineral elements and vitamins: calcium 31.90 mg/100ml,potassium 77.46 mg/100ml,sodium 6.16 mg/100ml,magnesium 19.12 mg/100ml,zinc 0.14 mg/100ml,iron 0.14 mg/100ml,manganese 0.13 mg/100ml,copper 0.053 mg/100ml,nicotinic acid 0.24 mg/100ml,riboflavin 0.01 mg/100ml,pyridoxine 0.74 mg/100ml,ascorbic acid 0.75 mg/100ml.
