我国珍贵树木保护中若干法律问题的思考

Meditation on Several Legal Problems in Precious Tree Protection

珍贵树木具有多方面的价值，保护珍贵树木对于保护生物多样性、促进经济社会的可持续发展意义重大。当前我国保护珍贵树木的法制体系中设计了一系列的行政许可制度，在充分强调保护珍贵树木资源的前提下，客观上存在着忽视所有者或经营者相关权益等问题，文章从法制的角度对进一步完善珍贵树木保护的若干法律问题提出了建议。

Precious trees possess rich value,so how to protect them closely relates to the society's sustainable development. At present,China has designed a series of administration permit systems in the protection law,but there are still some problems,especially around the relevant rights and interests of owner and runner. Therefore,the paper gives us some suggestions aiming the above problems.
