摘要
针对材料特性检测现状,提出了研制一套以计算机控制为核心的LCR温度特性、频率特性的多通道闭环检测系统总体方案,重点介绍了由集成控制模块构成系统的工作原理和专用软件功能。由此所开发实现的检测系统,克服了传统人工测试费时、重复性差、数据分析困难、检测环境难以控制等问题。
Aiming at the measurement problem of ceramic material performance,this paper puts forward the software and hardware framework of a multichannel LCR feedback measurement system which can be used automatically to measure LCR temperature and frequency characteristics based on computer control,which overcomes many problems,such as long time measuring,repeating hardly,a lot of data analysis and uncontrollable circumstances,etc.
