论大学生信息素质的教育与培养

On the development of college students' information quality

为适应时代信息化发展要求,围绕大学生信息素质的教育与培养,提出了培养信息观念和信息意识、教育与培养大学生信息能力和信息伦理道德、教会学生运用不同方法获取信息、加强网络资源知识宣传、优化网络信息的利用指导等7种方法和途径,并就大学生信息素质培养过程中须注意的五方面问题进行了探讨.

In order to meet the requirement of the developing information technology,seven methods on the development of college students' information quality were proposed,including the development of information conception and awareness,the instruction of college student' information ability and moral principals,the instruction of various ways in obtaining information,the reinforcement of knowledge of internet and the utilization of internet information.Five issues which should be paid attention to during the process were discussed.
