国外房地产市场地价与房价的关系 被引量:2

摘要 发达国家地价与房价关系概述 根据不同国家和地区的人口密度、宏观调控政策的不同,各地区地价占房价的比重相差比较悬殊,从20%到80%不等。一般而言,欧美国家的比重较低而东南亚、东北亚国家的比重较高。
