摘要
贯通式潜孔锤反循环连续取心(样)钻进技术作为一项高新技术,在实际施工中经常遇到复杂地层(如坚硬破碎地层、卵砾石地层和溶洞地层),尤其在我国西部,钻进过程中经常发生一些问题,严重影响了正常钻进和该技术的推广与应用。为了推进该项技术的完善和发展,对该技术进行了进一步试验研究,在钻头结构及钻进工艺方面作了改进和完善。
As a kind of high and new technique, reverse circulation and continuous coring(sampling) drilling technique of hollow-through DTH hammer usually met complex formations(i.e. hard and crushing strata ,pebble and gravel strata, karst cave strata, etc.) and often met some problems during actual drilling operations especially in the WEST, which affected normal drilling and the technique expansion and applying. In order to promote the development of the technique, this thesis made a further experimental research on the technique and made improvement in the bit's structure and drilling technology.
