基于极大似然原理的输送机减速器疲劳曲线标定方法

Research of Transporter Restarder Fatigue Curve Based on Maximum Likelihood Method

分析了双级行星传动减速器疲劳成组法和极大似然法,提出了减速器疲劳试验方法,通过减速器疲劳寿命试验,采用极大似然法进行分析拟合,得到了减速器S-N曲线的数学模型。最后,通过输送机疲劳试验的实测结果对疲劳曲线的标定方法进行了验证。

Through the analyse of group test method and maximum likelihood method about transporter retarder fatigue test. The article puts forward the method of transporter retarder fatigue test.The thesis describes fatigue test data processing method based on maximum likelihood method. Finally, the curve of fatigue test was achieved. At last, transporter restarder fatigue curve based on maximum likelihood method was validate by tseting data.
