在元件性能检测的试验中需要检测泄漏量,常用的测量仪表测量的流量值都比较大,对微小流量不能精确测量,针对微小流量测量的问题,研制了一种简易测量装置,采用光、电、液控制,提高了微小流量测量的精度,而且简单,可靠,成本低。
