现代化矿井自动化采煤技术的发展,对采煤机电牵引控制提出了更高的要求。详细地介绍了MGTY300/730型电牵引采煤机的电气结构、变频调速原理和应用特点。采煤机的电牵引控制实现了采煤机操作简单,维修方便,降低了故障率,利于综采工作面的高产高效。
With the development of the coal winning automatic technology, high request for haulage controlling of the coal winning machine is produced . This paper introduces control frequency principle and application feature of the MGTY300/730 coal winning machine. Electrical haulage makes the coal winning machine operated easily and maintain conveniently. It is low accident-liability and beneficial to the full-mechanized mining face with high production and high efficiency.
