中国城市化对服务业发展的制约作用分析

Obstacles to Development of Service Industry from Urbanization in China

城市是服务业聚集发展的空间环境,也是影响服务业发展的重要因素。长期以来,我国城市化水平较低,制约了服务业的发展,主要表现如下:(1)农村城市化模式的聚集效应较差,不能带动服务业的发展。(2)控制大城市发展的城市发展道路有悖于生产性服务大城市聚集的发展规律,抑制了生产性服务的发展空间。(3)政府主导型城市化间接抑制了公共服务领域的市场化改革。

City is the space for the cluster of services and it also is the major factor that affects the development of service industry. The low urbanization level in China brings obstacles to the fast development of service industry. Generally speaking, the low clustering effect in rural urbanization of China cannot bring power to the development of service. The control of city scales in China's big cities obstacles the development space of productive service. And the government-directed urbanization hindered the marketization in public services.
