摘要
通过对生产实践结果的总结,对影响型煤成型的物料粒度、搅拌时间、成型压力、物料加水量、粘结剂选择及用量等因素进行综合分析,找出使用GDC1147/180对辊成型机在生产中的最佳工艺参数组合。
A systematic analysis was conducted that is about the effect of coal size, stirring time, forming pressure, water adding amount, binder selection and adding amount on the briquette production through practice operation. The optimum process parameters were found that is suitable for GDC1147/180 briquette machine.
