摘要
通过对东辛油田腐蚀因素的调研分析,找出了注水设备及管线腐蚀的主要原因系污水矿化度高、地层水温度高以及溶解氧、酸性气体、细菌、流速等综合作用的结果。针对东辛油田污水的腐蚀特征,室内合成了咪唑啉衍生物类缓蚀剂。室内试验证明,合成的缓蚀剂在注入量为10-20 mg/L的情况下,能将腐蚀速率控制在部颁标准0.076mm/sa以下。
The investigation and analysis of corrosion factors in Dongxin Oil Field have revealed that the major culprits of corrosion of injection equipment and pipelines are higher minerality of waste water, higher temperature of deposit water and combination effect of dissolved oxygen , bacteria and flow velocity etc. A corrosion inhibitor of imidazoline derivative has been developed based upon the corrosivity characteristics of waste water of Dongxin Oil field. The laboratory tests indicate that the inhibitor can control the corrosion rate below 0.076 mm/yr which is better than the specification of industry standard at a dosage of 10 - 20 mg/L.
