摘要
阐述了齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂冷换设备的腐蚀形态及所采取的防腐蚀措施。指出搞好“一脱三注”工艺防腐蚀,提高管束材质、加大腐蚀在线检测力度以及开发适应高Cl-及SO4 2-离子的新型高效缓蚀阻垢剂是设备防腐蚀的主要手段及发展方向。
The corrosion forms of heat exchange equipment in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company and corrosion prevention measures are presented. The effective measures to control corrosion are implementation of 'one removal and three injections , improvement of tube metallurgy, strengthening on-line corrosion monitoring and development of new type high-efficiency anti-fouling corrosion inhibitor appropriate for Cl+ and SO4 2- ion.
