文章介绍了特富龙涂料在橡胶厂橡胶垂直提升机的应用实例。通过在胶粒螺旋提升机螺旋槽上喷涂特富龙涂料后,彻底解决了顺丁橡胶生产中的瓶颈问题,减少了胶粒的堵塞粘结现象。喷涂前,对待涂金属表面需进行喷砂处理(达到Sa2.5级),并预热到40-50℃。该项技术改造方案经近4年生产运行证明,效果良好。
The application of TFLON coating on the vertical lift for rubber in rubber plant is introduced. The operation of cis-butyl rubber production is debotttenecked and rubber pellets' plugging has been reduced when the helical grooves of helical lift for rubber pellets are painted with TFLON. Before coating application, the metal surface needs to be sand blasted (to Sa 2.5 class) and preheated to40 - 50 oC. This technique has been proven by good operation performance in 4 years' operation.
