摘要
对洛阳石油化工总厂脱硫醇尾气渗铝管线焊缝腐蚀开裂及近焊缝处渗铝钢腐蚀的原因进行了分析,指出主要是焊接质量问题所致,而在脱硫醇尾气所含的腐蚀介质中S,Cl,N等元素加速了焊缝及近焊缝处渗铝钢腐蚀开裂,通过控制焊缝质量可使腐蚀得到控制。
The corrosion cracking of welds of tail gas Al-diffused pipelines and the corrosion of Al-diffused steel near the welds in the de-mer-captan service of Luoyang Petrochemical Complex are analyzed. The analysis concludes that the corrosion cracking is caused by the poor welding quality and accelerated by S, C1 and N etc in the corrosive media. The corrosion cracking can be controlled by controlling the welding quality of welds.
