摘要
上海高桥石化公司炼油厂硫磺回收装置的一、二、三级冷凝冷却器为三级同壳结构。经验表明,上述设备在管板与管束连接处易产生缝隙腐蚀和应力腐蚀开裂,在低温段管束上则易产生严重的硫酸露点腐蚀问题。经采取结构优化设计措施,管板上采用了薄管板设计,在管束选材上选用了耐硫酸露点腐蚀性能良好的ND钢,从而延长了设备使用寿命。
The 1st , 2nd and 3rd condensers in sulfur recovery unit in Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company are designed in one shell. The operation shows that in such construction, the joints between tubes and tube sheets are subject to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, and the low-temperature section of the tubes suffer severe sulfuric acid dew point corrosion. The service life of condensers has been greatly extended after effective measures have been taken such as application of strengthened welding and expansion technique for the connection of tubes and tubesheets and selection of ND steel with excellent anti dew point corrosion performance.
