摘要
对中国石化股份有限公司长岭分公司铂重整炉701烟气露点腐蚀原因及存在的问题进行了分析,针对当前实际负荷与设计负荷相差较大的现状,通过实施优化设计将原热管总数由原设计的443支减为139支,同时采取在线露点监测及合理控制排烟温度等措施,使露点腐蚀得到了有效控制。改造后,每小时可多回收热能924464kJ,相当于每年节省燃料费用26.5万元。
The causes of flue gas dew point corrosion of platforming furnace in Changling Petrochemical Company and existing problems are analyzed. Since there is a big difference between the design duty and the operating duty of the furnace, the 443 hot tubes in the original design are reduced to 139. In addition, on-line dew point monitoring is practiced and flue gas emission temperature is properly controlled. All these have contributed to an effective control of dew point corrosion. After the revamping, 924464 kJ more heat is recovered per hour saving 265,000 Yuan (RMB) for fuel cost each year.
