摘要
针对中原油田注水井管线结垢严重的情况,研制了ZY-Y1型清管器。文章介绍了清管器的结构,施工参数设计和施工方法。通过现场应用,其清垢率在95%以上,而且操作简单、施工方便, 具有一定的推广价值。
A ZY-Yl Type scraper has been developed for the severely fouled injection water pipelines of Zhongyuan Oil Field. The structure, construction parameter design and construction of the scraper are described. The application reveals that the fouling removal rate is over 95% . The scraper, which is easy in operation and convenient in construction, can be recommended for wide application.
