摘要
本文论述了以晶体硅太阳能电池单板和非晶硅太阳能电池单板复合组成商性价比太阳能电池组发电系统,此系统能够很好的平衡转换效率和制造成本,在同等条件下能够比传统的太阳能发电系统制造成本低15%。文章首先简单介绍了太阳能电池研究现状;然后介绍了本系统的组成;随后给出了该系统的理论设计;最后通过实验仿真并分析了该系统的高性价比。
In this paper, we design a solar power generation system with higher ratio of performance to cost, which includes a hybrid solar cell module assembly consisting of amorphous and crystalline solar cell sub-modules,it's a well-balanced set of performance generation system between efficiency and cost, the system can be more effective cost us compared to that conventionally constructed. with cost reduced at least by 15%. First we simply introduce the development of solar cell:then we propose the constructs of new power generation system;and then designing and analyzing the new system with some theories; in the end. testing and confirming the higher ratio of performance to cost by experiments in the situ measurements.
