水稻品种苗期抗旱性鉴定指标筛选及其综合评价 被引量:51

摘要 对90个水稻品种(系)苗期的14个生长指标进行测定,以反复干旱存活率作为因变量,运用通径分析筛选了与反复干旱存活率关系最密切的4个指标作为鉴定苗期水稻抗旱性的指标。这几个指标分别为叶龄,心叶下倒1叶长,心叶下倒2叶长,心叶下倒2叶叶面积;并运用隶属函数法对上述品种(系)的抗旱性进行了综合评价。 Fourteen growth indexes of 90 rice varieties were determined during seedling stage. Survival percentage under repeated drought condition was an important index for evaluating the drought resistance. Through the path analysis of survival percentage under repeated drought condition, four indexes,as leaf age, the length of first leaf under the central leaf, the length of second leaf under the central leaf, the leaf area of second leaf under the central leaf,which had close relation to the survival percentage under repeated drought condition during seedling stage,were selected. Using the four indexes and the survival percentage under repeated drought condition, the drought resistance of 90 rice varieties was evaluated comprehensively by the membership function method.
