摘要
使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对蔬菜中的农药GA3残留进行分析检测.用80%甲醇溶液作为提取剂;建立了液液萃取与SPE PAKC18固相萃取相结合纯化GA3的方法;检测波长为206.00nm;流动相为甲醇与7.5mM甲酸水的体积比为3:7的溶液;实验结果表明,该方法是符合快速、可靠、灵敏、实用标准的GA3残留分析检测方法.
Artificial GA_3 is widely used in agriculture.Large amount usage and illogical employment would be harmful to human health.Developing an analysis technology of the remnants of GA_3 is very important.But there is no appropriate means to detect the remnant of GA_3 presently.In this thesis, GA_3 in vegetable is firstly detected by HPLC.GA_3 in vegetable is purified by both liquid phase extraction and solid phase extraction.The best UVD wavelength to detect GA_3 is 206.00nm.The composition of flowage phase is methyl alcohol:7.5mM formic acid=3:7.Many experiments have been done to detect the feasibility of this method.The results prove that this method is fast, credible, sensitive and accords with the request for detection GA_3 remnant in vegetable.
