摘要
大功率整流柜发热问题是励磁系统设计中的重点之一。分析了晶闸管散热过程存在的问题,给出了与晶闸管相关的热阻慨念,探讨了它们对晶闸管散热的影响,并提出了提高散热效果、降低热阻的具体方法。
The heat-emission problem of high power rectifying box is an important factor in designing an excitation system. By analyzing the equivalent circuit of thyristor and its heat conduction procedure, some aspects of blocking heat emission of thyristor were discussed, some measures of improving the problems existing were put forward and some concrete means of promoting the effectiveness of heat-emission, reducing thermal-resistance were also brought out in the paper.
