计算机自动化X线头影测量分析系统的临床应用评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对开发的计算机自动化X线头影测量分析系统(CACAS)的临床应用进行评价。方法:选择标准头颅侧位X线片16例,应用CACAS自动完成标志点定位,自动测量分析,获得各个标志点的坐标和测量参数值;以人机交互方式输入标志点,自动测量分析,获得各个标志点的坐标和测量参数值。结果:自动X线头影测量分析系统与计算机人机交互式两种头影测量方法间的比较,统计学上差异无显著性(除个别测量项目间)。结论:计算机自动化X线头影测量分析系统为更准确的测量分析提供了可靠、有效的工具。 Objective:Appraise to the clinical practive situation of the computerized automatic cephalometric analysis system(CACAS).Methods:Compared the parameter valuse of 16 skull lateral graphs analyzed in two ways.In one way,landmarks were automatically idetified by CACAS,then the coordinates and parameters were analyzed automatically.In the other way,landmarks' information was input by the way of human-computer interaction,then computer analyzed the coordinates and parameters.Results:There was no significant difference between most parameter values got in these two methods.Conclusion:CACAS may be a more relible and effective tool for cephalometry.
