舌再造术的术中护理分析

The perioperative nursing experience in tongue reconstruction

目的:提高带血管蒂舌骨下肌群肌皮瓣舌再造术的术中配合技能。方法:回顾性总结近十年来本院对20例舌再造术的术中护理配合。结果:20例患者手术过程顺利,无手术、麻醉、护理意外发生,术后患者发音、吞咽正常。结论:舌再造术术式较复杂,创面大,时间长,危险性大,要求手术室护士熟练掌握手术护理要点,确保术中病人的生命安全,确保肌皮瓣的成活是手术成功的关键。

Objective To raise the perioperative nursing skill in tongue reconstruction by infrahyoid musculocutaneous flap with supplying artery.Method To retrospective summarize the perioperative nursing experience in 20 patients treated by tongue reconstruction in recent decade.Results All operation are successfully, pronunciation and deglutition are normal.Conclusion Tongue reconstruction is complex, make-raw surface and time, great dangerous. Operating room nurse is requested to proficiene perioperative main nursing points to secure the perioperative patient safety and the musculocutaneous flap taked, it is criticality for operation.
