舒适护理在老年白内障患者围术期的应用

The application of comfortable nursing to senior cataract patients

目的:介绍舒适护理在老年白内障患者的术中应用情况。方法:对182例60岁以上白内障手术患者实施术前、术中、术后的舒适护理。结果:160例(88%)患者术中感觉舒适,无疼痛;22例(12%)患者感觉不舒适,其中15例感觉轻微疼痛能耐受且能配合,7例感觉不能耐受而配合欠佳。结论:舒适护理使病人感受到舒适和亲人般的温暖,在心理、生理上获得满足感和安全感。将舒适护理融入到“以人为本,以病人为中心”的手术室整体护理中,为病人提供最好的舒适护理服务,有效地帮助病人渡过手术难关,同时也促进了手术室整体护理水平的提高。

Objective To present the application of comfortable nursing to senior cataract patients. Method The comfortable nursing to 182 patients senior older than 60 were conducted before surgery, during surgery and after surgery. Results 160 (88%) patients felt comfortable and no pain; 22 (12%) patients felt uncomfortable, among them, 15 patients felt a little pain and could endure it, yet the other 7 patients could not withstand the pain. Conclusion Comfortable nursing could make patients feel comfortable and warm as relatives, the patients could get satisfaction and safety in psychology as well as physiology. The comfortable nursing was integrated with the whole surgery nursing system that always emphasized humanity and patients firstly. The best comfortable nursing service was provided to the patients and helped the patients through the surgery, at the same time, the whole surgery nursing level was promoted.
