就施工阶段工程造价控制中索赔与反索赔造成的原因、实施条件、程序、难点等进行了探讨,并列举了一些实际案例.
This paper discusses claim and counterclaim in project cost control in the construction stage in terms of the causes, condition of enforcement, procedure and difficulty. Some cases are listed and analyzed.
