摘要 介绍了导热绝缘聚合物复合材料,包括复合型塑料、橡胶、胶粘剂和涂层的研究进展及其导热机理、导热模型的研究情况。讨论了影响导热绝缘聚合物复合材料导热性能的因素、提高导热系数的措施及该种复合材料的制备方法,最后阐述了导热绝缘聚合物复合材料的应用及发展方向。 The progress in the thermally conductive & electrically insulation polymeric composite materials, including composite plastics, rubbers, adhesives and coating, was reviewed. The thermal conducting mechanism and thermal conducting models were also described. The effecting factors on thermal conducting property, methods of improving thermal conductivity and processing technology were discussed, the applications and development direction of thermal conducting and insulating polymer composites were raised at the end of paper.
