摘要
尽管出现过各种关于法律的概念,但在当代中国的语境下,法律的核心是规则。法律规则并不是授权规则与义务规则的结合,法律规则是两类授权规则的结合:第一类授权规则授予权利,第二类授权规则授予权力。
Although there are various kinds of legal concepts, in Chinese context the core of law is rule. Legal rule is not a combination of authorization rule and obligation rule, but a combination of two types of authorization: the first type authorizes benefit, and the second authorizes authority.
