摘要
本文分析了构建“以人为本”的网络和谐社会的必然性,探讨了构建“以人为本”的网络和谐社会所必须遵守的伦理道德规范。最后,指出构建“以人为本”的网络和谐社会的重要意义。
This article analyzes the inevitable of constructing internet harmonious society of taking humans as the basis, and it discusses the ethical standard of constructing internet harmonious society of taking humans as the basis. Finally, it shows the important significance of constructing internet harmonious society of taking humans as the basis.
