The Optimal Estimation with Linear Fuction for x_1￣k,x_2￣k, ...x_n￣k of the Population Origin Moment

本文讨论母体原点矩的线性有偏估计问题。给出了在均方误差意义ｘ1K，Ｘ２ｋ，······，Ｘｎｋ的线性函数优于样本原点矩ｘｋ的充分必要条件以及母体原点矩的具有ｘ１ｋ，ｘ２ｋ，···，Ｘｎｋ的线性函数形式的最优估计。

The problem for linear biased estimation of the population origin moment is discussed in this paper. The necessary and sufficient condition with respect to linear biased estimation superior to sample origin moment is given in the sense of mean square error,and the optimal linear estimators of the populition origin moment are obtained.
