由于传统法律文化与现代法律文化的共时性,使得传统法律文化无时无刻不对现代社会产生着影响。西藏传统法律文化在西藏法律文化现代化的过程中起着什么样的作用,对西藏构筑现代法治社会有着什么重要的影响?文章从西藏传统法律文化的特点入手,研究西藏传统文化对现代社会的双重影响,探讨西藏传统文化适应现代化的有效途径,以期为西藏的社会进步和经济发展服务。
Commons between traditional legal culture and modem legal culture have made traditional legal culture consistently influence on modern society. What functions do the traditional legal culture of Tibet perform in the process of modernizing modern legal culture? What important influence does it have on constructing modern legal society? Based on the Tibet traditional legal culture, the article curries out the research about the dual influence of Tibetan traditional culture on modern society and discuss effective ways of Tibetan traditional culture adapting to modernization in order to provide service to progress and economic development of Tibet.
