太钢4号高炉(1650m3)在尖山矿提铁降硅后原料条件发生很大变化,为保持高炉稳定顺行,针对冶炼条件的变化,提出了合理的烧结控制参数,从原燃料管理、高炉操作等方面制定了严格的生产方案,保证了炉料结构大变动时的平稳过度,达到提高经济效益的目的。

In order to achieve a stable and smooth BF operation,according to t he changed material. After the trial production,the reasonable controlling param eters of the sinter were put out and the operating system was carried out.
