Designing Features and Practice of 3# Vertical Lime Furnace in New Lingang

新临钢3号石灰竖窑设计中炉顶采用了整体预制结构、喷嘴采用风冷保护技术,高温烟气采用换热器预热助燃风,治理废气采用电除尘技术,岗位除尘采用布袋除尘技术。关键岗位采用工业电视监控,计算机控制等一系列适用技术。经过半年的生产实践,竖窑生产顺行,各项指标达到国内先进水平。

In the design of No.3 lime vertical furnace, the ceiling of the f ur nace adopted the holistic prefabricated structure; the erupting mouth adopted th e wind- cooling protective technique; the high- temperature chimney adopted th e heat- switching apparatus to preheating burning- assisting wind; the waste g as was treated by means of electric dust- eliminating technique, and post dust eliminating employed bags to eliminate dust. The key posts were monitored by tel evision and controlled by computer techniques. After the half- year practice, the production of vertical furnace has gone smoothly and all the criteria have r eached the international level.
