由于技工学校学生基础薄弱、《焊工工艺》涵盖面广,生涩难懂,导致这门课程的教学难度加大,为解决这一问题,采取了比较教学法对焊接电弧的各个区域,焊条的酸碱性多种焊接方法,各种材料的焊接性及工艺进行多边比较,以便更好地掌握这门课的内容。

The course of is very difficult to teach be cause the theoretical foundation of the students of the technical school is poor , and the overlap of this course is extensive, and the content of this course is hard to understand. In order to solve this problem, the comparative instruction al method is adopted to make many- sided comparison for each zone of the weldin g arc, various acid and alkali welding methods of the welding rod and the weldin g performances and processes of various materials for the purpose of mastering w ell the content of this course.
