摘要 介绍了烟道气中CO2回收的新技术:开发了一种活性胺,形成了以MEA为主体的复合胺吸收剂。与传统MEA法相比,此技术蒸汽消耗下降了12% ̄40%,胺耗下降30% ̄80%,CO2产量达到设计要求,溶液基本不降解,设备腐蚀速率<0.1mm/a。工业应用后取得了明显的经济效益。 The keystone and development of new technology for carbon dioxide recovery from flue gas and its status are introduced. The result of industrial application shows that it can solve present problems such as the degradation of MEA and the corrosion of equipment. The new technology improves the absorbent power and depresses the regenerative energy. Compared with the traditional method with MEA, the consumption of steam and amine in the new technology decrease by 12%~40% and 30%~80% respectively. The corrosion rate of equipment is lower than 0.1mm/a. The solvent is almost not degraded.
