摘要
为了提高5E-MAC红外快速煤质分析仪测定挥发分时的准确性,克服仪器重现性差、误差大等缺点,采用卡尔·费休法测定烟煤的内水值。通过对烟煤、无烟煤和标煤的内水和挥发分的对比,可以看出,此法数据重现性好,准确性高,与国际法测定的数据相吻合。
To improve the veracity and to overcome the low repeatability and large error during determination of volatile matter in bituminous coal using 5E-MAC IR analyzer, Karl Fischer method was used to determine the inner moisture in coal. Through the comparison of inner moisture and volatile matter in bituminous coal, anthracite and standard coal, it is found that this method is good both in repeatability and in veracity. It agrees very well with the result of Chinese Standard.
