Application of the Technology for Semi-water Gas Production by Coke Powder Molding

Coke powder molding technology and its application in semi-water gas making process are introduced. The result shows that mixing low-cost molded coke powder with coke for semi-water gas making is practical and remarkable in economical benefit. The molding ratio is 95.18% and the gas composition can meet process requirement. 1.18 tons of molded coke powder can substitute 1 ton of coke particles. The ash amount at the bottom of the oven and at the top of the dust collector increases and the annual cost is decreased by 1.58 million Yuan.
