Production Practice of Modified Pitch and Suggested Measures for Improvement

介绍了改质沥青的生产现状,指出目前生产中存在釜底空间狭小、管道堵塞、釜底结焦、汽化器堵塞等问题,为此采取了扩大釜底空间、扩大管道直径、采用电保温自动调节管道温度、加粗闪蒸油平衡管、降低烘炉温度、提前搅拌机开启时间等一系列措施。改进后的工艺可稳定生产,避免事故发生、提高生产效率。

The production status of modified pitch is introduced and the existing problems in such production is raised, e.g. small space at the drum bottom, pipe blockage, caking at drum bottom, blockage in the gasifier, etc. To correct those problems proper measures have been taken: increase the space at the drum bottom and the pipe diameter, automatic temperature regulation with electro insulation, increase the steam and oil balancer, decrease the drying temperature of the oven, start the mixer in advance, etc. After such improvements, the production shall be smooth, accidents shall be avoided and production efficiency raised.
