摘要
教育性失业作为我国市场化改革浪潮的产物,是最近几年劳动力市场出现的一种新现象。许多学者对教育性失业的概念以及我国教育性失业的状况、类型、原因、影响和对策作了大量研究。这些研究深深留下了社会转型时期的烙印,具有探索性和多元化的特点。它奠定了我国教育性失业问题研究的基本框架,但也存在一些不足,要作进一步的深入研究。
As the outcome of the reform for market economy,educated-unemployment is a new phenomenon in Chinese labor market in the latest few years. Many scholars have carefully researched the concept of educated-unemployment and the status, types, causes, influences and countermeasures of Chinese educated-unemployment. These researches reflect deeply the epoch brand of society transformation and have the character of search and multi-angles. It has established the elementary frame about the research of Chinese educated-unemployment, but there are lots of insufficiencies. So these themes need to be unceasingly studied in the future.
