The paper discusses on its importance and necessity of applying case-teaching method in the course 'state compensation law' and involves its strategies and effect. Its purpose is to introduce case-teaching method into class, changing teaching model of instilling knowledge in order to cultivate students' creative thinking according to rules of law education itself and students' characteristics.
