摘要
案例教学,重在培养学生的法律思辨能力和实践能力,具有不可估量的教学价值。本文就案例教学在电大国家赔偿法教学中应用的必要性和重要性,实施策略与效果做一些粗浅的探析,其目的在于根据法学教育自身的规律和电大法学专业学生的特点,引入案例教学方法,把以灌输知识为主的单一课堂讲授式教学方式转移到以培养创造思维和创新能力为核心的参与式教学中来。
<Abstrcat> Case-teaching method is of incalculable value, focusing on training students' ability of legal distinguishing and practice. The paper discusses on its importance and necessity of applying case-teaching method in the course 'state compensation law' and involves its strategies and effect. Its purpose is to introduce case-teaching method into class, changing teaching model of instilling knowledge in order to cultivate students' creative thinking according to rules of law education itself and students' characteristics.
