摘要
在自主开发的商品化冲压成形CAE软件KMAS(King-meshAnalysisSystem)平台下,以NUMISHEET2002提出的Benchmark为研究对象,研究了高强钢在弯曲过程中回弹缺陷的产生机理,验证了基于KMAS计算的回弹预示精度。提出了基于KMAS的回弹控制、模具补偿的CAD/CAE/CAM实施流程,并针对典型弯曲结构给出了补偿措施。应用KMAS对某货车纵梁模具进行了改进设计,使用改进后的模具成形出的工件回弹量比原方案降低87%,证明了应用KMAS建立的模具补偿方法的有效性。
The mechanism of springback fault occurring in the bending process of high strength steel (HSS) was researched and the precision of springback prediction was validated using the Benchmark presented at the NUMISHEET'2002 conference on the basis of the independently developed commercial CAE software KMAS. The flow chart of CAD/CAE/CAM for springback control and the die compensation technique for the typical bending structures based on KMAS software were presented. As an example, after the die design of a truck beam was modified, the springback value of the truck beam was decreased by 87% compared with that of the initial design,proving the suggested technique based on KMAS is efficient.
