摘要
呼伦贝尔市作为国家21世纪旅游开发的重点地区之一,如何挖掘地方特色,使资源优势有效转化为经济优势,整合区域旅游业,并推进其产业化进程,是旅游开发中面临的主要问题。要继续完善海拉尔作为区域旅游中心地的各项职能;同时构建满洲里等二级中心地,额尔古纳等三级旅游中心地。此外还要注重区际空间合作与布局。
HuLunBeiEr is one of the important tourism exploitation regions in 21c.The main difficulty is how to seek local characters,turn the resource advantages into economic superiority,integrate region tourism and carry forward the course of industry.Perfect HaiLaEr's functions further as the center of regional tourism continuously,meanwhile,build second and third grade center place,like ManZhouLi and EErGuNa,in addition,we should focus on cooperation and distribution.
