介绍了可编程增益放大器的概念、特点以及作用,给出了一个基于PC104型总线的宽动态范围高速数据采集卡,利用AD526实现的可编程增益放大器与A/D模块以及CPLD之间的接口电路,并给出了相应的软件设计流程.该采集卡可对动态小信号进行采集处理,测量精度高,通用性强.
This paper demonstrates the concepts, features and functions of programmable gain amplifier(PGA), and then gives an example of interface circuit between A/D module and CPLD using AD526 to implement programmable gain amplifier on a high speed data acquisition card with wide dynamic range based on the PC104 bus. And the flow chart of software design is given. The card can collect and process a dynamic small signal with high accuracy and strong universality.
