机组运行优化就是通过采集机组运行的各项指标实时数据与基准值进行实时的分析比较,通过耗差定量分析计算寻找出运行偏差因素产生的原因,使机组运行性能指标逐步接近或达到设计值或最佳值。同时以比较精确的计算和切合实际的措施,来指导机组运行方式的调整和设备的检修,保证热力系统运行效率达到最佳状态。

The unit running optimization is ,through analysing and comparing the unit running real-time data and reference value of each index,and finds out running deviation factor's reason through consuming difference fixed quantity analysis, in order to make the performance index of unit running near o r achieve the design or the optimum value.Simultaneously, according to quite accurate calculation and the actual mea surem ent,guides unit running mode's adjustment and equipment's overhauling,and ensure s the thermodynamic system's runing effiency to achieve the optimum state.
